The final three months are where "wedding burnout" usually sets in.

The excitement gets clouded by the noise: final RSVPs, balance sheets, fitting adjustments, and the relentless pressure to "get it right."

At Vibe, we believe that "Day-Of" coordination isn't enough. True presence requires comprehensive preparation. Peace of mind isn't built in 24 hours, 7, or even 30 days.

That’s why our Event Management commissions begin 12 weeks out. We step in not just to review contracts, but to help you reclaim your tranquility. We absorb the logistics, the gaps, and the vendor communications so you can shift from "Project Manager" back to "Bride."

More importantly, we become your ally—navigating conflicts and protecting the "bridal bubble" so the outside noise can't get in.

We don't just manage the day; we enhance the overall experience. Our team provides the logistical safety net you need to actually *feel* your wedding, rather than just hosting it.

Don't spend the final weeks wishing you had eloped. Let us carry the weight so you can confidently carry the bouquet.

True design is not just about sourcing items; it’s about translating a feeling.

For this gathering, the goal wasn't just "PNW theme." It was to translate the damp, rich stillness of the forest floor into a fine dining experience.

We didn’t just place centerpieces; we cultivated an ecosystem using living moss, architectural fungi, and deep velvet textures. Every element was curated to ground the guests in the environment outside the windows.

This is Experience-Led Design. It’s not about what we buy, but how we weave it together.

Rooted in Place. Experience-Led.
True design is not just about filling a room; it is about translating an ecosystem.

Whether amidst the majestic estates of the Pacific Northwest or the warm, architectural stillness of the Arizona desert, our designs pull from the surroundings to ground your celebration in its setting.

We reject "copy-paste" trends. We steward immersive environments that feel native to the location while articulating the essence of who you are—the nuances of your style, your story, and your hospitality.

Swipe to see how we translate "Place" into a celebration that feels like a natural extension of your personality. 👉

You should NEVER have to choose between a beautiful wedding and a smooth one.

The industry tries to separate "Planners" (Logistics) from "Designers" (Aesthetics). We believe you cannot have one without the other.

At Vibe, we employ a Dual-Method approach:

1. The Infrastructure: Spreadsheets, contract audits, and budget stewardship.

2. The Texture: Sensory design, floral architecture, and narrative flow.

If the logistics fail, the design is invisible. We blend left-brained strategy with right-brained artistry to execute a flawlessly produced event. Explore the difference via the link in our bio.

There is a difference between a hobbyist and a Director.

In a market oversaturated with new planners, true experience is the only luxury that matters. Why? Because experience is the only thing that prevents chaos.

I bring over two decades of high-level hospitality and corporate buying experience to this industry. Long before Vibe became my sole focus years ago, I was a Buyer for Costco Travel. I operated in a world where quality vetting was rigorous, risk assessment was daily, and margins for error were non-existent.

I built Vibe on that same operational rigor. I don't just see "decor"; I see the white-glove logistics required to execute your vision.

What does this mean for you?

It means I see the risks others miss. It means I vet vendors with the scrutiny of a corporate buyer. It means I replace "hope" with strategy.

My philosophy is simple: The host should never be the manager. Your only job is to be present. My job is to ensure the environment allows for that.

I am Michelle Rupp. Welcome to the Vibe Collective.
