This is going to be a bitter sweet post, and I could probably write an entire book for it, but I will try and keep it short and simple and save the emotional, meaningful post for another day.
Due to circumstances that are out of our control, we will be closing our Millcreek Mall retail location this Sunday. Those who know, know I have been working diligently over the last few months to work out a resolution on a new space and at the end of the day, it just wasn’t meant to happen.
This is a sudden and difficult decision we had to make, but instead of looking at this as a negative situation, we are going to use this time to step back, take some time, and figure out what’s next.
With that being said, we will not be re-opening another store/office after we close this Sunday. We will run a 40% off everything sale on all retail inventory this week as well as sell off fixtures, equipment, etc.
Any of our current custom screen printing customers who are already in the process of an order, will continue to work through us as usual, we will just have to adjust to the store closing for pick up arrangements.
And then any custom screen printing customers who work with us and have worked with us over the years, we put a lot of thought into the best interest for our customers and have worked out an agreement with Creative Imprint Systems for them to take over our past/current/and future customers. In our opinion they are the only local company that will be able to take on our customer base while still providing great customer service and amazing quality of work. They have already stepped up over the last few months and helped us continue moving forward after closing our production office down, so we can say with certainty this is the best move for everyone involved.
