After holding the title of Employee of the Month for 102 straight months, we had to say goodbye to our loyal greeter, resident sweetheart, and beloved shop dog, Sophie. The store was hers as much as it was ours, and she showed up every day, even at 17. Locals knew her, tourists remembered her by name, and she had regular visitors stopping in just for her. We feel so lucky to have shared Sophie with all of you. She loved her job, and we loved her even more.
If you have photos or memories of Sophie over the years, we’d love for you to send them to us to post in the shop. 🐶
