I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of my new and returning customers for their loyalty and support over the past two years. Your contributions have been instrumental in transforming my vision into a reality. The success of BAR Graphix is a direct result of your continued patronage. I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to all of you.
Over the past several months, I have been navigating some health challenges that my medical team is working to resolve. As a result of my frequent appointments in Albuquerque and Phoenix, I have made the decision to implement certain operational changes at BAR Graphix.
Firstly, all customer inquiries and messages will be responded to during our designated business hours. In order to prioritize my health and recovery, I have established our business hours as Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Secondly, printing services will be limited to our business hours. I understand that this change may cause some inconvenience for customers who require urgent services.
Please be assured that once I have regained my health, we will reevaluate our operational schedule and make necessary adjustments.
