Good morning everyone! I wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year! I also want to let you know that today is the last day for my store space. I am closing it down and I am going to semi-retire. I will continue to work on some custom orders so if you have something you would like me to make, contact me and we can discuss that project. My husband retired and we plan to do some traveling. Thank you for all the great projects you have had me do, all the products you have purchased from me and for following my small business! I enjoyed it all!

I have been busy busy busy working on customer orders. A few memory bears and a memory pillow, sorry no pics of those out of respect for the customer and a scrap yarn cardigan like the cardigan I made for myself. The colors are absolutely stunning. Sadly in the short time since I purchased the yarn for this one, it went from $13.00 a skein to $20.00 a skein! And it takes 4 skeins!!! So if you are interested, I will be happy to make you one but it will be at $150.00 or more due to yarn price. If the yarn price comes down I will look at lowering my price.

Just finished this order. Beautiful red scarf, hat and mittens set. The yarn is so wonderfully soft and it will be a joy to wear. The cold weather is coming.

Sorry about the delay in posting this. But here is the finished product! My scrap yarn cardigan is completed! I love how using 3 different variegated yarns worked out. It will keep me warm this winter for sure!!! 😊

Finally sewing my scrap yarn cardigan together. I have put this off for a few weeks and made hats. It is time to finish this one so I can start another project. I will post a completed picture when it’s done. 😊

Hey everyone! So nice out with out all that heat!!!
I have been working on some stocking hats along with some new crochet techniques. It is called Tunisian Crochet. Something I learned a long time ago but I had never pursued it to learn more than just the basic stitch. So now I am exploring all that. This is just a peak at one of the hats in progress. Love the colors and the texture that this stitch called the Honeycomb stitch makes.
