Wow. This guy. His name is Keith Sime, and one of my dad's closest friends. He is living proof- age is just a number, and a mindset.

A few of his steadfast principles that have served him well:

“Be all that you can be.”

“You don’t know what you can do until you try it.”

“Never give up.”

Most recently, “Showing up is winning.”

Keith is a retired Marine Corps Colonel and continues to fly fast running his countless 5k, 10k, marathons, and track meets across the country. Racing in the Senior Games in the 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 and mile, and winning a Silver (1500M) and 2 Golds (5k, 10k) in his age group at the USA Track and Field National Masters.

Keith is a wonderful man, friend, and inspiration to us all.
