We have already received some amazing pieces made from recycled materials, and we are so excited to share them with you!

Hi everyone!

Rose Hoods has been at a bit of a stand still since my diagnosis but at least you're not being bombarded with advertising! This condition ( PMR) typically lasts for 2 years, although I hope to beat it much quicker. I have not done any other events since Fair and right now I don't plan to until next Fair. My daughter bought me a sweet new sewing machine that I haven't even used yet, but looking forward to it! For now I have lots of appointments and am fully focused on healing. I miss vending and creating wearable art and will be back at it as soon as I can!

This was the year I was going to get an early jump on some killer more elaborate design ideas I have sketched up for next year's OCF, plus a couple of customs I would have started by now. Life had other plans and gave me a physically debilitating disorder that I am working on getting under control. It was brutal but things are smoothing out and I have been giving myself space to take a rest from sewing hoodies for a bit while I focus on the healing path. No worries though, I'll be back at it sooner than later cause I'm addicted to making hoodies!!! I hope you all are enjoying the dog dayz of summer and remember to count your daily blessings! I have to say, one of my highlights of Fair was gifting this hoodie to a 12 year old girl. She stopped by my booth several times admiring it. Tried it on and seemed to really love it. She took some pics and told me maybe she could make it herself but that my work was "exquisite". When all the vendors were packing up on Monday morning I decided I was going to gift it to her. Watching her jump for joy and seeing the look on her face and those who were with her, made my Fair that much more magical. A sweet moment that I will never forget ✨️🍑✨️

If you have one of my hoodies or are about to get one, I highly recommend hand washing it for best longevity.. Some of them could handle being turned inside out and machine washed on delicate by it's self, and tumble dried low or no heat. Use your best judgment. If you accidentally put it in the wash and something happens to it, I will still fix it for you to the best of my ability 🌹🙃🌹

I had a great Fair and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the booth, meeting and conversing with all kinds of lovely people. It was awesome to see the vendors I made friends with last year and met new vendor friends as well. I got a lot of genuine compliments on my hoodies and am extremely grateful that some found new homes. I was especially excited that the "All Seeing Peach" hoodie went home with an awesome couple that got hoodies last year!Due to several different factors it was a slow year for many vendors all around. I sold out of peach hoodies last year but this year I have most of them left. If you're interested in one please message me for details. I can always bring them to the booth next year but my hoodies told me they'd rather spend their days out in the world shining that peach love. Hit me up and I'll hook you up!
