🦙 ALPACAS, COZY COUPES & SHOPPING…because apparently this is “work!” 🤣🛍️

We took a little day trip to Friday Harbor in the San Juan Islands with one VERY important mission: MEET THE ALPACAS! 🦙🦙🦙

Why alpacas? Well, some of our sweaters could be made with alpaca fibers, so naturally we felt it was our professional responsibility to go straight to the source and FEEL THE MERCHANDISE. 🤣🦙

Listen…someone has to do the hard-hitting fashion research around here! 😂

And with SO MANY adorable sweaters in the store and even more coming from some of our favorite vendors like Blue Pepper, Tresbien, POL, Bucket List and more, we felt this trip was practically continuing education. 🎓🧶🤣

Then we asked ourselves, “What’s the best way for four grown women to tour an island?”

Obviously…Susie’s Cozy Coupe! 🚗💨🤣

Nothing screams sophisticated boutique owners quite like cruising around Friday Harbor looking like we stole a couple of toddlers’ cars and took off for the day. 😂

And OF COURSE we had to stop at a few local boutiques along the way because, as you all know, WE ARE DESPERATELY LOW ON CLOTHES. 🤣🤣🤣

Shopping for clothes we absolutely did not need ✔️

When you’re in Seattle, you SUPPORT YOUR BOUTIQUE SISTERS! 😍🛍️💳 Because apparently our love language is shopping at other boutiques and calling it “research.” 🤓🤣

We LOVED Smith & Main! ❤️ And yes, we looked VERY carefully… strictly for professional purposes, of course. 👀🛍️

Sadly, we did NOT find anything remotely comparable to the legendary white dress with green flowers from Mystree. You know the one… the magical little number we tell our ladies is so versatile you can:

🍷 Drink in it.
🛍️ Shop in it.
🍸 Drink some more in it.
💃 Make questionable vacation decisions in it.
🛏️ And then just fall directly into bed wearing it.

NO wardrobe change necessary. 🤣👏 Basically, it’s not a dress. It’s a 24-hour lifestyle plan.

P.S. Before anyone zooms in on her feet… THOSE ARE NOT PAWS & BOOTS BOOTS! 🚨👢🤣

We would NEVER trap our ladies in boots like that. Our boots believe in freedom, circulation, and being able to escape quickly when your husband asks, “How much did you spend?” 🏃‍♀️💨💳🤣

When you’re at the winery 🍷 and spot the COOLEST tree ever 🪾, there’s really only one thing to do…

CLIMB IT. 🤓🤣

Thankfully, we were wearing outfits with just the right amount of stretch to support our questionable winery decisions. 😂🙌

Getting UP the tree? Easy.
Looking cute IN the tree? Nailed it. 💁‍♀️
Getting DOWN the tree? Well… apparently our clothes have more flexibility than we do. 🤣🤣

A big thank you to Zenana, Natural Life, Tresbien & Risen for making clothes flexible enough to let grown women chase their dreams… even when those dreams involve climbing trees after visiting a winery. 🍷🪾😂

While in Seattle…we thought what a better time to wear some of our favorite vendors…hello to RaeMode, Rise, Natural Life and Zenana…to our favorite winery Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery!

I would say we were the best dressed and most comfortable…even Reuben(not your sandwich Ruben…even though we told him…we love Ruben’s 🤣)…he was our guy!
