Let’s talk about something that’s been weighing heavily on me as a small business owner…
If you shop my live sales, please understand that claiming an item is a **commitment to purchase**, not a placeholder, not a “maybe,” and not a “hold it while I decide.”
Lately, there’s been an increase in:
• Invoices not being paid within the 24-hour window
• Requests for extensions that aren’t honored
• No communication at all when plans change
And that’s a problem.
When items go unpaid, it prevents me from offering them to other customers who are ready and willing to purchase. It affects my time, my inventory, and ultimately my business. It’s not just inconvenient, it’s unfair and, quite honestly, disrespectful.
In a retail store, you wouldn’t take items to the register and then just walk out without paying, or ask them to hold your items indefinitely with no follow-through.
Small businesses deserve that same level of respect and consideration.
Moving forward:
✨ Please only claim items if you are ready to pay within 24 hours
✨ If you need an extension, communicate and honor that commitment
✨ If something comes up, just say so; communication matters
I truly appreciate every single person who supports my business the right way. Your consistency and respect do not go unnoticed 💛
Let’s keep this space enjoyable, fair, and aligned for everyone.
Thank you,
