Summer garden is coming to an end. Just have one slicer tomato plant still going, but my cherry tomatoes are going strong. Planted some bush beans and hope to get something this time. One sunflower I am letting go to seed. Just planted some cucumber seeds to get a second crop in the fall. Honeynut squash is going strong and yellow neck squash are just starting to grow.
The garden is always changing. Somethings grow great, some struggle and some just don’t do anything. But that is what life is about. You have failure and you have success, you just can’t give up.

These two beautiful women made me a mom. The most important thing I have ever done in my life. As a little girl growing up with a single father,becoming a mom was what I always wanted and God so blessed me. I had lots of wonderful women in my life that have helped to fill the gap for not having a mother. If you are one of those ladies, you will never fully understand how much it means to that little girl.
