MACHINE OPERATOR/FACTORY WORKER

Responsibilities:
Setup and operate machinery involving cutting, welding, pressing, sewing, etc.
Read and understand the shop order and follow the necessary steps to finish the product.
Flexible to learning different fabrication techniques to support the production as necessary at the time due to manpower shortage or increase in production demand.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in production line work, manufacturing, metal fabrication, sheet metal cutting, carpentry etc. and other similar fields a plus!
Good measurement skills with an ability to read to 1/16” a plus.
Ability to handle physical workload to a maximum of 50 lbs.
Knowledge and comfortable using basic production line tools.

Manufacturer of buffing and polishing wheels. We fabricate based on custom orders, which requires candidates with good attention to detail, an eye for quality and capable of working in fast paced production environment. On the job training will be provided.

Hours M-F 6:30A-3:00P

Proper US work authorization required

Have own transportation to and from factory site in Fairfield NJ

Responsibilities:

Setup and layout fabric. Draw the stenciled circle patterns and operate cutting machinery. Sewing skills preferable as well.
Read and understand the shop order and follow the necessary steps to finish the product.
Flexible to learning different fabrication techniques to support the production as necessary at the time due to manpower shortage or increase in production demand.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in pattern cutting and production line work (1+ year).
Good measurement skills with an ability to read to 1/16” a plus.

Manufacturer of buffing and polishing wheels is seeking a Shipping / Receiving clerk for factory warehouse.

Requirements:

- Knowledge and experience with UPS and FedEx shipping platforms required.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Lifting heavy objects.
- Must know how to use pallet jacks, forklifts, office and general warehouse responsibilities .

Picking, sorting and packing of finished goods, label and ship.
Responsible for inspecting goods to ensure accuracy based on information written on order; inspect for defects or any quality issues. Communicate any issues or delays with sales and warehouse managers.
Organize couriers, unload trucks , transport packages as needed.
Keep packaging area and warehouse area clean and accessible.
Obtain move and sort products and/or orders using hand tools and other electronic equipment (forklift/hi-lo)

*Proficient in QuickBooks*

Responsibilities include:
Entering sales invoices; maintaining accurate accounts receivable and collecting open balances.
Maintain and provide detailed open invoice history reports.
Record check and credit card payments; make deposits appropriately.
Pay vendor invoices in a timely manner.
Assist with payroll as needed.
General administrative duties - answering phones, ordering supplies.
Some learning on the job will enable this employee to take on some more responsibility.

Must have own transportation to office in Fairfield NJ.
