As a mama of two, I can confidently say that being a parent is… hard...and expensive. It takes a village and we’re fortunate enough to be part of one. I want that to mean more than just walkability and truly stellar local shops. To me a village is a community that helps one another like true neighbors.

If you are a mom in need, or know one who is, please come by and take what helps. I’ve got nursing accessories (pumps, covers, milk bags), clothes (I only have girls - sorry boy moms!), toys, carriers, bedding, etc. I’m rummaging through my attic, so more will appear on the table the deeper I get.

The Rule: Take what you need. If you have clean, gently used baby or caregiver items you’re ready to part with, feel free to add them to the pile.

The head and the heart are back. No, not the singing group, they never left the highly curated "store jams playlist." I’m talking about the Crown and Heart singing bowls.

Let’s do a quick fact check on singing bowls:

​❌ “They’re only for professional sound healers and hour-long sound baths.”

✅ Anyone can use these. Strike a bowl while you’re waiting for your coffee to brew or right after that meeting that could have been an email. A 30-second vibe check can shift your brain from "fight or flight" to some semblance of functioning.

​❌ “It's just woo-woo nonsense.”

✅ Saying you don’t "believe" in sound healing is like saying you don’t believe in physics. Your vagus nerve doesn't care if you're a skeptic; it's going to react to the frequency anyway. Science is cool like that.

​❌ “A $500 bowl has 'more' healing power than a $40 bowl.”

✅ Healing isn't a pay-to-play scheme (at least not here). A bowl’s value is in its resonance and how it feels in your hands. Sometimes the humblest little metal bowl has a vibration that hits harder than a designer crystal one.

Ever catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror wielding a hammer and think… who is she? And who gave her a hammer?! Weird to think I used to make spreadsheets for a living.

Anyway, I moved the basket wall to the fitting room because the main wall is being reclaimed by spring and summer clothes. Unboxing is happening slowly but surely 🤙😎
