You will be working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our job training program located in our Fallon Store. You will be helping them to achieve their daily goals and assist individuals to process donations. Patience and a love of teaching and creativity is a must in an applicant. To be fully qualified, you MUST be 18 or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a current driver's license and you must be able to pass both state and federal background checks (not everything is a non hiring offense, so please, ask us), you must be able to lift at least 10 Lbs., team lifting, must be able to walk around and sit for extended periods of time. If you like being creative, and have a love of helping, this would be the perfect job for you. We have excellent management, amazingly helpful staff, and would love to welcome you to the team. We do not discriminate based on age, color, race, or ethnicity. We offer accrued PTO, a 401K that the company matches 3%, and most shifts either end at 3pm or 5pm. Cash register knowledge is a plus. No experience is necessary as we train you for everything you will be doing.
