JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES
Company Stores provide employees within the customers’ organizations with a quick and easy method to order their employee uniforms and/or products for their respective customers. The purpose of the Company Store Specialist will be to maintain existing company stores, and manage the implementation of new company stores for select customers.
Specific duties will include, but will not be limited to:
• Meeting with Territory Sales Representatives and their respective customers to obtain detailed requirements for development of new Company Stores.
• Developing custom Company Stores, conducting an audit to ensure everything works as expected, and working with customers to implement the platform.
• Conducting product and pricing review for all company stores once per quarter.
• Processing and following-up on all orders that are submitted through the Company Stores.
• Sorting and shipping/delivering orders that are submitted through the Company Stores.
• You will develop a base level of knowledge in dealer and vendor communications, promotional products and apparel, and order fulfillment. You will also accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Administrative experience in business, marketing, or related environment
• Expected to work both independently and as part of a team
• Competent in math skills required for sales and marketing activities
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to problem-solve and process information quickly
• Excellent interpersonal, phone, and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• General computer skills
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS may be helpful
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
