To streamline operations and ensure I can deliver the best quality in a timely manner, I will only be accepting color requests moving forward. This means I will no longer be able to accommodate custom designs or specific item personalizations.
You're welcome to choose from the array of designs available, and if there's a particular color you have in mind, please feel free to let me know. I ask that these color requests be accompanied by advance payment to secure your order. This new approach will help me manage my workflow more efficiently and continue to provide you with the high-quality products you've come to love.
