I know allergies exist. When I do take orders again, I want to lead in transparency by saying my work space area is NOT hypoallergenic. I tie dye outside on a table, for those that have grass allergies. I have two rescue doggos for those with pet allergies but my workspace materials are kept seperate from their space. All products are handwashed and line dried before shipping. Please let me know if you have any allergies and I will accommodate the process (ex hang drying in at atmosphere away from your allergies).

Here’s how the bedsheet turned out, not too shabby for my first project in 8 months on a mostly non-absorbent polyester. I’m SO grateful for the support and people trying to place comission orders. Honestly, I am not open for orders at the moment, just trying to get back into the groove of things. I just started working again and want to make sure I feel responsible enough to keep up with the Hippie Hijab business before making any moves. I’ve been through a lot, it’s been through a lot. Gotta make sure my ducks are in a row. For now just giving updates and letting anticipation grow 😉

Hello and Salam everyone. I have not posted in a long time. Several months ago while I was working (I work as a caregiver for people with disabilities) I was t-boned in a car accident and was left with a brain injury. I almost died. Twice. The other time is a bit more personal.

My memory and some executive functioning is most impacted. It’s been (and still is) a long road to recovery.

I ended up moving to a spot in Eureka Springs, AR. It’s been conductive to my healing. However, along with my limited bandwidth, I don’t have easily running water. (There is a problem with my pipes) I’m trying my best to set myself up to be able to work on more tie dye projects and commissions but it will come in time.

I wanted to let everyone know that this is NOT an abandoned project, just one that is evolving. I love and appreciate all of you and the consistent support. I will keep you all updated. 🩷

Please, my memory is not the greatest, if you placed a commission order with me and I have not fulfilled it nor reached out to you, please reach out to me and I will issue a refund. I deeply apologize about the inconvenience this has caused. Thank you all.
