PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

I try to let all my customers know that my turnaround time is 10 to 14 days from the day that you have purchased your shirts, although sometimes weather is an issue so that’s just an approximate turnaround time. If you need something sooner than that I can charge a fee so that you can be brought to the front of the list so if you are in need of something sooner than that time, you can pay extra, I am the only one doing these and I am slammed with orders which is a good thing because that means I know what I’m doing and produce good looking items. I constantly have people asking me literally two or three days after they order if their shirts are done yet I just wish I could explain the whole entire process of what I do but it’s not easy dtf is easy but sublimation depending on the product is hard to explain. Blankets take forever especially the 20 panels.

I do not have the printer for the shirts that I post they are preorder for a reason. You order, I place my order end of week for prints and shirts, get it by next week, then I proceed to work on your order. It takes time as I am a full time mom of 3 and I work a full time job during the week. I only do orders on the weekends.

Craftin’ It Up Designs is my small business that I do on the side for fun. One day I hope to have the equipment and proper printer to just print your images immediately and turnaround times will change but that’s not today.

I am grateful for all of my customers especially the repeats but I just need the new customers to know about my turnaround times. 😊

✨Hi guys! Just a few things I wanted to go over with you!

💜 Moving forward everyone will have to purchase from the website. This allows me to keep up with orders and when your order was placed.

🩷 I am working on getting everything that is posted on there. Everything that is posted will have a link to it in the comments! If something is posted that you don’t see please let me know and I will get you the link for it! ☺️

🩵 I am here for anyone who has any questions. I know there’s a lot of new people here and some returning customers. You are more than welcome to message me Kayla Darlene, Sara Miller, or Tonya K Tucker-Bain if I’m not responding to you immediately please be mindful that I have 3 kids and a full time job. Please know that I’m not intentionally ignoring you. Sometimes messages get sent to message requests and I don’t see them.

💚 I’ve said this before but I’m going to say it again as it is posted in the featured tab at the top of this group: I have 3 kids and a full time wfh job. Craftin’ It Up Designs is my small business that I am only able to do on the weekends. I run shirts and other products during the week and most of them close by Friday so that I can get your shirts in if I don’t already have them in stock. So that means the following week when they come in, they won’t get done til that Friday- Sunday. I try to ship out on Mondays, if not definitely Tuesdays.

🤎 If you need a rush on something there is a small fee that you will have to pay so that I can move your order to the front of others. That will be listed on the website as well.

💙 I try to let everyone know that my TAT is 10-14 business days. That allows me to get your products in at a timely manner and get them done as soon as I can. Although I’m only human and sometimes life happens, I promise you I will stay in touch and let you know what is going on with your order.

🧡 I do not own a dtf printer which is the prints that go on your shirts. This means they have to be ordered as well. They only take 2-3 days (because DeeDee Holcombe at Boothill Charm Designs is absolutely amazing 😉) to get here so again the following weekend once your order is placed is when it will be completed.
