Sadly, this isn’t the only general term or phrase that someone has or is trying to trademark.
Part of running a creative business or being any type of designer who sells things means you have to pay attention to trademarks and let me tell you, there’s some BS approvals out there. There’s another one that is currently attempting to be registered that’s widely used “I could be meaner” 🙃 tbh, very interested to see that one unfold.
My biggest recommendation for anyone selling is to find an ip attorney. It’s very likely you do not have to do what she is asking. Also, she’s going to have some major attorney fees if she’s sending c&ds to anyone using HGR 😬
