This latest project has been a labor of love for our Armadillo Bum family! May has been designated as neurofibromatosis awareness month. Neurofibromatoses are a group of genetic disorders that cause tumors to form on nerve tissue. Even though May is drawing to a close, advocating for neurofibromatosis (NF) awareness is on going. Armadillo Bum's Chief Creative Guru, Ruby, has a brother with NF type 1, and she has always wanted to create something special for the cause.
