Due to last minute cancellations and no shows. We no longer offer traditional in-person consultations at public locations or venues.

All consultations will now be conducted virtually or scheduled directly at the event venue when needed once you are a contracted client.

This change allows us to:

* Provide faster response times and more flexible scheduling
* Focus our time on active event production and client planning
* Review layouts, logistics, and décor more effectively in the actual event space
* Reduce unnecessary travel and meeting delays
* Streamline communication through video calls, digital proposals, and shared planning tools

Venue meetings are reserved for walkthroughs, final logistics, measurements, or design ex*****on when being onsite is most beneficial to the planning process.

Our goal is to continue providing a high-quality, personalized experience while making the planning process more convenient and efficient for all clients.
