If you were looking to join a new company and you work in the trades please comment below.
What are the most important "perks" a company can offer you to either attract or retain you as an employee?

Some common examples I am seeing are:
1. You can take your company truck home
2. Company paid phone you can use for personal use
3. 4-10 hour work days
4. Profit sharing
5. Birthday paid off
6. Annual Tool allowance
7. Company gas card
8. Paid Certs/Licenses
9. Uniform/Laundry Service
10. Paid Lunch on Fridays

Can you imagine being at a customers house for a service job you are doing and then all of a sudden your truck is dead? You work solo and you are not near your house or your office to ask for help. What do you do?
Well this happened this week and we stepped up for a company and moved schedules around to go and help out a stranded service technician with our mobile service crew. We identified the issue, got the repairs done and this all happened quickly!

This got the truck back on the road, saved the technician from sitting there trying to problem solve and they were able to move on to the next job site.

So the Downtime... well that is our problem! And we are here to help.

Any dealership can say they sell Commercial/Fleet vehicles... but there is a huge difference in the ones that have dedicated sales reps that actually know how to handle what the customer needs! Grant now has a customer who knows what it takes!

It's truly humbling when we receive reviews and feedback like this. I love what I do. Having the opportunity to take care of our customers and their vehicle needs is a huge honor and one I don't take for granted!
