We are hiring a responsible custodial worker to clean our offices, breakroom and bathrooms. Candidate must be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role. A keen eye for detail and diligence are imperative.

Approximately 5 hours/week
Early mornings-Flexible days (doesn’t have to be daily)

Responsibilities
- Ensure spaces are prepared by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap)
- Wipe mirrors and windows

Skills
- Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
- Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
- good physical condition and strength
- High school diploma is preferred but not required

Job duties include light assembly, inspecting, folding and packaging items for shipment. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.

Excellent attendance and dependability is a must.
