This pretty much sums up the first day 😂 I think Sophia loves her teacher. Also, let's review how they got off the bus and immediately asked to ride home with a neighbor 😒 I call this a success, even though my heart is broken!

All three girls are back to school today 😭 Avery: 8th grade, Sophia: 3rd grade, Charlotte: 1st grade. This is Avery's last year of middle school 😭😭😭 It's just mommy and Winston at home. What are we going to do with no sisters?! Please pray that Sophia and Charlotte adjust to public school after being home schooled. Sophia was especially upset but she has an experienced teacher who everyone speaks very highly of. This is Charlotte's first time away from me all day, but she also has a very smart and enthusiastic teacher who who I think will be good for her. Avery is over it, haha

Duke TIP for the next 3 weeks for our 13-going-on-30 year old. This is her first sleep away camp and she was a nervous wreck leading up to today. The last photo shows her how I left her, in the lounge with her hallmates. She didn't want to come out to say goodbye! 😭😭😭 Good luck Avery, we know you are having a wonderful time making memories with your new friends! ♥️♥️♥️ @ Appalachian State University
