🌟💛 EMPLOYEE OF THE DAY! 💛🌟

We’re kicking off sale week by recognizing our very first Employee of the Day — SYDNEY! 🎉

Today was full of moving parts, mile-long to-do lists, and plenty of behind-the-scenes projects, and Sydney jumped right in without hesitation!

She eagerly tackled special projects, took on whatever I threw her way, and helped me check things off that never-ending list! 🙌🏼

It’s employees like Sydney who make the magic of Seeds & Sprouts possible. Her willingness to step up and lend a helping hand did not go unnoticed!

Thank you, Sydney, for being such a rockstar today! We’re so thankful to have you on our team! 🌱💕

Let’s show Sydney some love in the comments! 👏🏼💛

💛 A little behind-the-scenes investment with a BIG purpose! 💛

Today, our Seeds & Sprouts leadership team traded their yellow aprons for CPR mannequins! 🚑❤️

Our Yellow Aprons (the amazing managers who help keep SASK running smoothly) and I spent the day completing our CPR & First Aid certification training!

As a children’s consignment event welcoming thousands of shoppers, consignors, and families through our doors, we believe being prepared for the unexpected is part of taking care of our community.

That’s why we made the investment to provide this training for our leadership team. Not because we expect an emergency, but because we want to be better prepared if one ever happens.

We hope these are skills we NEVER have to use, but knowing our team is equipped with them means so much.

At Seeds & Sprouts, we’re investing in more than just a great shopping experience. We’re investing in the people who make it possible and the families who make it worthwhile. 🌱💛

So here’s to our Yellow Aprons — continuing to learn, grow, and go above and beyond for the SASK community! 👏🏼❤️
