This incredible hat is made of KTG ULTRA-RUGGED WESTERN WEIGHT FELT, our western felt is so thick, dense and rugged, it’s not going to snap if you build a snap brim. These are stiff, and triple thick. Very weather resistant and a bit heavier weight, but this felt does not move. It is like carved out of stone. Think Akubra snowy River felt, or a 10x western.. but make it twice as thick. This groundbreaking fedora is a Galaxie style, similar to a Stetson whppet but our take on it. The client tried our thickest western felt as an experiment, for the elements etc...
