Rainy days call for glasses and joggers. I told Alex to snap a picture of me with Angel because pretty soon I won’t be able to hold her! She’s gotten so big in just the 2 weeks we’ve had her🥺
Although I’m super notorious for taking on too much at one time my prioritizing skills have gotten 10X better with new puppy, keeping Molly entertained and somewhat out of trouble, my Zyia bizz, and making sure the house doesn’t look like a bomb went off...well completely going off anyways.

We hit a new PR today! Hit a 220 # PR deadlift last summer and that was the last time I did a strength cycle....until a couple weeks ago. Today I surpassed 220 # and lifted 225 # . Doesn’t sound like much but in PR land it’s a huge milestone🥳
Also reverse lunges are the epitome of hell...hate them!
