Sometimes I pause when I’m asked this question from Soldiers because I’m like Ummmmmmm are you Serious 🤔

I could get asked every minute of every day if you should go Warrant and I’m going to respond with YES every time!!!!!

Why would I EVER EVER EVER tell a soldier NO when asked if they should go Warrant!!!!

As a 920A & other warrant MOSs we work extremely hard LITERALLY! From the time we step foot in the office until the time we leave but what I will say is that we can dictate that…

We can say No, we can ignore calls, we can say quote the regulations and Be Ok!!!!

We get paid more, we’re not micromanaged, we can go to appointments without being questioned, we can skip PT formations and just show up for the PT test because 9 times out of 10 we’re pretty much going to max it & because it’s an understood thing that we’re to busy to come to PT anyway…

Plus, we have organized Warrant PT anyway!

We also mentor soldiers and help Soldiers without complaining because we’re just different! Once you crossover you’ll know exactly what I mean…

So YES GO WARRANT! It’s the Best decision I could’ve ever made in my Career 😇🥰🙏🏾

Soooooo, I had been asking for a 92Y PBO NCO for over 6 months and boom, I was given a 92A…..He’s very respectful, on time, smart etc right!

My thing though is, why couldn’t you send that 92A to one of the 7 Companies we have and slot him as the Supply SGT and move one of the 92Y Supply SGTs to the PBO NCO slot?! One of the 92Ys that has been asking to come up to that slot?! Long term regardless any one of those 92Ys would’ve learned more and would’ve depending on their rank (E5/E6) would’ve had a PBO NCO rated NCOER! I also wasn’t asked. Like hey Chief are you cool with working with a 92A….I would’ve said No because career wise how is that helping that 92A? Everyone is teachable and trainable but I feel like Senior leaders should get input from others…I feel like working in a PBO NCO position is a privilege but who am I?!

At the end of the day, I’m going to show that 92A whatever I can before I PCS because that’s what type of person I am…maybe he’ll reclass lol

Even if a Commander wants to keep their 92Y, it’s still not helping that 92Y unless it’s some unjust reason to keep them there like poor work ethics or habits…

I told him before I show him anything, he’s going to BSEP, the PBO NCO Course and the GCSS-Army Middle Managers & enroll in School, even if it’s to just take English I and II…..

Went to Fly Kid Fly to try a signature Matchq called Afterglow and it alright!!!! I wanted coconut milk but that wasn’t an option, only whole milk, 2% or almond milk. The inside was clean, the cashier was super Nice and greeted me with a Smile! I did get an egg and cheese burrito and a muffin in which my total was $19 bucks with my military discount. I recommend giving it a try but it’s not a must try place.

Chile every time I feel like I have a day planned, especially on Mondays it never goes the way I imagine lol!

Also, I’m putting Phoenix in a private school, this calling every day is getting out of control! I mean something as simple as Phoenix bumping into someone is a call to the parent!!!!!
