All items are made-to-order and are created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including sizes, colors, names, dates, and any custom details. We are not responsible for errors provided at the time of ordering.

If your order arrives with a visible manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the affected item if the issue is determined to be due to our error.

Please note:

* Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.
* Sizing is based on manufacturer specifications; customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
* Minor variations in print placement, color, and garment shades are normal and do not constitute defects.
* Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a damaged or defective item.
