And just like that, we have come to the end at 177 N College Ave!

Though this isn’t the end of the road for us, it still is truly such a bittersweet feeling seeing this space empty. We are beyond excited for our new chapter with Vado, but locking our door for the last time in this space holds lots of emotions. How lucky are we to have been part of such an amazing community that it makes it so hard to say goodbye?! Fort Collins: thank you SO much for making this dream come true! You have provided friendships, insight, and so much joy over the last couple of years. All my favorite memories have happened in this building and I am eternally grateful that this was home to my first brick and mortar endeavor. I am so stoked for what is to come for the company (think Vado branded gear and a revamped website👀) but I will always hold the biggest space in my heart for Old Town!

Happy New Year to all of our customers, friends, and supporters. We’ll catch ya later!

Dear Friends, Neighbors, and the Fort Collins Community,

With a full heart and a deep sense of gratitude, we write to share some bittersweet news. After much reflection, we have decided to temporarily close the doors of Vado. Our last day of business here at our current location, 177 N College Ave, will be December 31, 2024.

This decision did not come easily, but it is one we are making with our family in mind. We will be relocating to Florida to be closer to loved ones, a move that feels right for this next chapter of our lives.

Fort Collins has been more than just a place to do business; it has been a home to our dreams and a community that has supported us in ways we could never have imagined. From the day we opened, we’ve been overwhelmed by the kindness, enthusiasm, and love that you’ve shown us.

Whether you stopped by to shop, chat, or simply admire the space, each visit has meant the world to us.
While this marks the end of Vado and The Betty Shop in Fort Collins, it is not the end of our story. We are taking with us the inspiration, lessons, friendships, and memories you have given us, and we look forward to opening our doors again in the future. Additionally, we will continue to still be operating on our website, www.vadoclothingco.com

To our loyal customers and supporters: you are the heart of this business. It’s been our honor to serve you at this amazing little shop, and we’ll carry the spirit of Fort Collins with us always. Remember, it’s not a goodbye, it’s a see ya later!

We hope you’ll join us in these final weeks at the shop to reminisce, celebrate, and say goodbye for now). Your continued support means the world to us, and we look forward to staying connected. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything.
