Ladies🗣Every day you wake up, do you think of what you can do to be a better woman than yesterday? 🧐🙄 If not, maybe you should take a moment. ⌚️

Through my journey, I have learned the art of self-reflection. 🔍Which is meditation or serious thought about one's character, actions, and motives. 🦾

It is not easy at all but once you can learn to be your own critic in a way, you can work toward improving the person you are. 🙌 Nobody is PERFECT if you are you may need the most reflection. 🤭✨
