It is with a heavy heart that we share that, after ten wonderful years, KatyLoo will be closing our doors at the end of this month. This decision has not come easily. However, due to the current state of the economy, a steady decline in spending, and rising rent costs, it has become increasingly difficult to sustain a small business. After much prayer, reflection, and seeking God’s guidance, we believe this is the right decision.
KatyLoo has been so much more than a business. What began as an unforeseen dream became a place where friendships were formed, stories were shared, and countless memories were made. To our customers, you have meant the world to us, and we are forever grateful for your love and support. You helped bring this dream to life, and for that, we cannot thank you
enough. To my staff, past and present, I couldn’t have done any of this without you. You are like family to me, and I’m grateful for every one of you. I’m grateful to have had the privilege of watching many of you grow to be successful adults.
While this journey has had its challenges, it has also been an incredible blessing. Though this chapter is ending, who knows—maybe one day you’ll see us again. Until then, thank you for being part of our story and for supporting this dream. Thank you again for your love, support and loyalty over the years. You will always be a cherished part of KatyLoo’s story.
As we prepare to close, here are a few important details:
•Please use any rewards, store credits, and gift cards as soon as possible, as we will not
be able to honor them after closing.
•The store is currently full of new inventory for holiday shopping. Special sales will begin
soon as we start liquidating remaining stock.
•If you are a current consignor, you will receive a separate email with information
regarding your items. We are no longer accepting new consignor inventory.
