Regarding orders. Any custom items require payment to made up front. I also have a 7 to 10 business day tat. I work full time and unless prior arrangements have been made I work on orders on certain days. I typically complete orders when items arrive that I have had to order. Please don’t message me asking to pick up items before especially if it’s something I have had to order. Shipments take a minimum of 2 to 3 days to arrive sometimes longer. I hate to have to set boundaries but I’m getting messages late at night asking to pick up orders. I keep regular business hours. I appreciate everyone that orders so much.
