Medication organization books. $25-$27 (depending on size) -this price includes shipping costs* AM/PM pouch books or QD (once a day) pouch books. These are great for anyone who has to take multiple medications, daily (like myself) with a busy life, or for elderly family members with memory issues who still would like to keep their independence ❤️…or just for anyone period 😊. The pouches will be labeled with the day of the week, in your color and font of choice. If the AM/PM option is chosen, I will label it as AM-PM with a little sun or moon along with “AM-PM”. I will include a blank medication list that can go at the front/back of the book. If you are ordering for an elderly loved one, I can make sure to include blank pages so that you can write reminders such as phone numbers, answers to questions they often forget, doctors names, lawyers names, kids and grandkids names, and other information important to them. I can even include a few extra pouches for wallet size photos. Sometimes visual objects help with memory ❤️. *Also, small idea* if they often forget the day of the week, or forget if they have taken their medication or not,-I can create a little card that they place in the pouch after they finish taking their medication that says something along the lines of “you already took your medication today, I love you Mawmaw!” Or include a dry erase marker and simple instruction sheet that tells them to put a check mark on the pouch after they took the medication for that time. These are small enough to fit in the average size purse. You can place an order by messaging me on my personal page, or by messaging here.
