Well ladies, the time has come for us to say goodbye. I had high hopes for our online boutique but with so many low quality items, I have decided its in my best interest to close the online store as well. Thank you all for the support, the friendships, and the memories. Heidi's Way was more than a shop, it was where I found my true self again, and where lifelong friendships were made. Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened ❤️

Ok ladies. I'm coming to you in an attempt to be totally transparent. Yes, we have a website to shop from. Those items are NOT in my possession. They are dropshipped, which means when you order, that order is fulfilled by the vendor and shipped directly to you. There are some brands we love that we are still able to offer a limited line of (Umgee, Risen, Bibi, Judy Blue) but the items that are not listed as a name brand are what they call "White Label" and they generally ship from overseas, usually from China. If you receive an item and its poor quality PLEASE REACH OUT AND LET ME KNOW. I do not want to sell junk, I dont want people to feel scammed, I dont want my customers to feel like theyre getting a bait and switch. I am trying to find a solution without just closing the online store altogether. But if I cant find a way to ensure QUALITY, I will not continue. Again, I apologize but please know, I'm doing everything in power to find a solution so that I can continue to serve my customers
