Our Summer Mileage Training Group starts Monday ☀️

Ready to build your base, stay consistent, and prep for fall races? Join us for our FREE Summer Mileage Training Group—no pre-registration required!

📅 June 8 – August 1

⏰ 6:00 AM | Monday–Saturday

📍 Various locations (see schedule below)

Whether you’re a cross country runner, training for a marathon, or just getting started, all runners and walkers are welcome. We will offer mileage plans for different levels, along with strength training and nutrition. Bring your own yoga mats and water.

Weekly Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: Ben Geren Storm Shelter (mileage + core/legs)

Friday: Southside Track (mileage + ladder drills)

Saturday: Riverfront Trail (long run day)

Come as you please this summer even if it's once a week. We're just happy to help build our local running community ❤️😊
