A 💙 full of gratitude…
Board Games for Good: Senior Living Fundraiser
When students started this project, they honestly weren’t sure how far it would go or if anyone would donate. The eye rolls I got and comments below their breath. But because of the generosity and support from so many of you, these students were able to create something truly special.
Each resident will receive their own personal bag filled with coloring books, playing cards, mini National Park puzzles, Sudoku, word puzzles, and more, for little moments of joy they can enjoy on their own time.
And for group activities, we provided chess, bingo, checkers, Go Fish, Connect 4, Jenga, poker, Monopoly, charades, knitting, Fun Puns, and so much more because connection matters.
They cannot wait to walk through those doors next week and see the residents’ faces when everything is delivered. The reminder to them that they are still seen, still celebrated, and still very much loved. 💛
