For 13 incredible years, Alissa has been growing, leading, creating, and making Pin-Up Curls a better place for our guests and our team. And if there's one thing we know about her, it's that she's always evolving.

From behind the chair to behind the scenes, Alissa pours her heart into everything she does. Her eye for design, organization, and creating beautiful spaces has helped Erin bring fresh new life to our salon, making Pin-Up Curls feel even more like home.

And now, she's stepping into an exciting new chapter as our Salon Experience Coordinator! ✨

While you'll still find Alissa behind the chair a few days each week, she'll also be joining our Guest Happiness Team, where she'll focus on:
🤍 Recruiting amazing new guests and future curls
🤍 Welcoming and onboarding new team members
