Over the past year, I've watched my niece face challenges that no child should ever have to endure. I've watched her walk into appointments with courage, endure treatments with strength, and somehow continue to smile through it all.
But I've also watched her mom.
I've watched her fight for Bella every single day. I've watched her sit through appointments, ask the hard questions, advocate fiercely, and somehow keep moving forward even when her heart was breaking. There were days when she was exhausted, scared, and overwhelmed, but she never stopped showing up for her daughter.
The strength Bella has didn't come from nowhere.
Last week, as Bella stood in front of the camera for this photo session, I couldn't help but think about everything it took to get here.
I remembered the fear.
The uncertainty.
The tears.
The prayers.
I remembered watching our family hold on to hope during some of the darkest days.
But standing there, I didn't see cancer.
I saw Bella.
A beautiful, strong, courageous young lady who has overcome more than most people will ever understand.
And I saw a mother whose love never wavered, even when the road ahead seemed impossible.
This photo session wasn't just about taking pictures. It was about celebrating a life, a journey, and a little girl who never stopped fighting. It was also a celebration of the family, friends, and community who stood beside her every step of the way.

This is only a sneak peek, but when I look at this photo, I see hope. I see resilience. I see answered prayers.
Most of all, I see my niece, and I couldn't be more proud of the young lady she has become. And I see her mom, a true warrior in her own right, whose love and strength helped make moments like this possible.
