It’s been almost seven months without you big dawg. I miss you is an understatement. Your energy on this side was unmatched. I’m thankful for all the signs you bless me with from the other side.
There has been many instances but I can’t stop thinking about the other night and how powerful your sign was. I decided to finally get out to a show here in Fort Worth, afterwards we went to order tacos from this dank taco truck. The chef was a lively chap named Jake and we shared some good vibes about the grind. I went to sit down on these steps as I waited for my order, the patio was completely packed with no tables available. As I sat down I looked up and there was my next sign. It was like time froze still for minute, everyone slowed down around me. I watched this gentleman walk straight at me with a shirt that read GIDEON right across his chest. I couldn’t see his face, I was too busy fixated on seeing his last name right in front of me. He went right past me and ordered some tacos and I never saw him again for the rest of the night. The one thing Landon & I loved most was grubbing on some dank ass tacos.
Grief has a funny thing sometimes playing with our emotions and our imagination but that’s what makes us real and raw. You’re not alone out there, I’m right here catching these waves with you all. I appreciate your patience and support.
“Chin up, chest out.”
