Well i’ve been trying to figure out how to say this, and it’s hard to sum up in just a few words, so here’s the long version.
When we started Panther City Hat Co. I was just fulfilling a dream of mine to have a clothing line that I had never been able to “pull the trigger” on until Deanna. She encouraged me and even jumped in with me feet first. We were so successful in that first year because of her and I’s unrelenting passion behind it. Well just about after a year in Covid-19 hit the world. Everything stopped, including some of the manufactured goods that we used to make our clothing and hats, and they became hard to get, which started our slow decline, and some of you know this already but at the same time Deanna and I were starting on our IVF journey in hopes to grow the Lester family. I don’t want to say that we lost “interest” in PCHC but I think our paths changed and started us down a different fork in the road that ultimately drove us away from putting in the time and effort that PCHC deserved.
We wanted to be able to express our love and gratitude for everyone that supported our dream this far but I say all this to say that we will be shutting Panther City Hat Co. down.
We are still on our IVF journey and Deanna has started “Panther City Cookie Co.” Where she has been able utilize her awesome talents decorating sugar cookies, and if you ever need of some custom decorated cookies go give her a follow!
If you have read this far, we do have some inventory left that we would like to get rid of for a discounted price. In the next few days be looking for a post of what we have, and how to purchase and receive it.
