This gorgeous dress had beading that was coming undone & had also became detached at the upper banding area. I was able to reattach all the strands and also restring the loose ones that were hanging down. This beautiful creation was made for a special bride-to-be recently! I received some cut pieces from the Mother’s bridal gown and chose the perfect piece to make a custom floral bouquet wrap just in time for the bride shower. The ties were made from vintage seam binding and was a perfect match to the fabric. Hand beading was done to secure the edges where it was cut so that the beads wouldn’t come off from the fabric. Lots of hand stitching and time was put into this piece but I think it turned out to be a gorgeous heirloom gift!

Another recent project was this sequin & mesh prom gown.. I removed the side panel of black mesh to incorporate a hint of pink sheer fabric which complements these fabulous pink shoes & earrings. The bottom was also hemmed. A beautiful alteration for a gorgeous Freeport teen!

Look at this stunning Senior in her recently fitted Prom gown. I took in the side seam, fitted the arm sleeve, joined the leg split together(it was previously just overlapped in that area and open). Gorgeous! Sewing sequins and specialty fabrics on all types of formals here at 30Alterations
