Bathroom Remodel – Complete Transformation

Another Bathroom Remodel Completed – Another Happy Customer!

We expanded the shower from 30” x 32” to a spacious 72” x 36”, opened up the bathroom, removed the exterior water closet and tankless water heater, and relocated all plumbing to accommodate the new layout.

Installed a complete Schluter-KERDI waterproofing system, shower pan, walls, and drain. Added a pony wall, new tile, flooring, toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting, and fresh wall texture and paint. All walls were shimmed, straightened, and leveled. Custom glass enclosure to follow once the glass is ordered.

Another happy customer! From start to finish, we take care of it all!

Garage Conversion to ADU – 620 Sq. Ft.

We recently converted a three-car garage into a complete 620 sq. ft. ADU. This was a full conversion from the ground up, including new plumbing, sewer, water lines, and completely new electrical throughout.

We installed new windows, drywall, paint, flooring, and leveled the existing sloped floor. The ADU includes a new kitchen with cabinets, an electric range and hood, plus a built-in laundry area. All plumbing, sewer, dryer, and exhaust ventilation was properly installed and vented outside.

At Kamish Construction, we focus on quality, value, and doing the job right. Our work is professional, clean, and completed to code. We stand behind our work and guarantee the work we perform.

If you have an unused garage or are thinking about adding an ADU to your property, an ADU can be a great way to add living space and create an additional income opportunity.

Garage conversions, additions, and new ADUs — we do it all.
