To my customers. This is not a woe is me looking for sympathy. It's life and It's me explaining that I've been through quite a bit and I'm the middle of a 2400 mile move. I am adapting and I do know shipping time has been a little slower than usual. It's been a bumpy road for me this last 2 years. My help while I was away had a few issues with out of country parcels. And it caused issues with all shipments. I've just resolved them. We don't use DHL as they are very slow with delivery and there's always surprise charges coming back on us because we pay for the packages. The cheapest shipping route is not always the best. Soon we will have a portal that lets the customer pay for there shipping through the carrier up front so if any of the carriers have additional charges the buyer pays. On several occasions we let the customers know and they don't pay us the difference. Things should be ironed all the way out before the weekend starts. We should be caught up with messages as well.
