Got a visit from some originals! It is such a blessing that the Brick Basement remains a popular destination to shop after all these years. The store first opened October 1st, 1997. Thank you Susie for having the idea, thus sharing with me and the entire community. The store has changed over the years but remains a staple in Downtown Fullerton. Your dedication and spirit lives on in the store with all the little touches that are lasting to this day. Your creativity and spark have given the charm that embodies the store. Also pictured is Patsy a sweet vendor of days before. Vintage friends brought together by shared passion for vintage and community. We still are a place of whimsy competing with the Orange Circle; Downtown Fullerton just wouldn’t be the same if the Brick Basement wasn’t apart of it. We continue to keep the store a magical place for people to get lost in and welcome anyone who happens to pass through. We will always be so grateful for all of our customers and neighbors who support us in doing good business in Downtown Fullerton; may we continue to do so for many more years to come!
