My goal is to spread 'vintage love' by providing desirable items at excellent prices.

Hello Friends! I hope you all are well! It has been a while since I posted. I had the chance to go to one of my favorite places yesterday... the BARN! I buy when I get the chance, and I will be selling again soon. I need to figure out the best way to go at it, but I have lots to get out there into people's homes to be enjoyed!

I acquired these old skis and poles on a trip up north this summer. It's amazing what a quick rub with Johnson Wax did to bring out the beautiful color in the wood. Check out the before and after side-by-side pics! I've added some ideas from Pinterest on how to use old skis in your decor. I can't wait to get these up to the mountain house and find the perfect place for them 😊 !

It's amazing what a little paint can do to transform a tired piece of vintage furniture. Some furniture just needs a good cleaning to make it looks its best... but sometimes a little color brings it back to life ❤. Also, don't be afraid to alter a piece so it works for you. I replaced the original bin with a shelf and basket for storage 😊

September marked the end of the 'brick and mortar' Downstairs Vintage. I will now be conducting online sales and will participate in weekend events. My little shop provided me so much joy. I love my customers, and my 'regulars' I looked forward to seeing every month. I'm sure our paths will cross again. On to the next chapter 😊❤.
