So many of our friends were impacted by The Painted Tree’s sudden closing. And, they have to wait thru bankruptcy in hopes of getting any rent or sales back for April.

Hello friends,

When we opened Fable, our hope was to create something meaningful for our family and our community. What we didn’t fully anticipate was just how deeply you would show up—so quickly and so generously. From the early days of our Story Wall to every event, market, and visit since, your support has meant everything to us.

As our family enters a new season with little ones on the way, we’ve had to make a difficult decision. Terri has been carrying the full weight of the store on her own, which was never our intention, so we’ve decided to begin winding down The Fable Collection, with plans to close in early 2026.

Between now and then, we hope you’ll continue to join us. We’ll be open in January and February for special events, pop-ups, and big sale days, and we’d love to celebrate this time together.

Thank you for making Fable what it has been. You have truly been the heart of it all, and we are so grateful. We love all of you!
