There are some HUGE changes happening at LEAPING LULA Boutique and Buy In.
This group was created to provide great prices on boutique clothing which is offered at little over wholesale cost. Some boutique owners can’t afford the required 100 item purchase to receive a wholesale discount but now LEAPING LULA allows you to get that discount while only purchasing one or two items. I am new to the wholesale group buying but am anxiously looking forward to offering great discounts just in time for Christmas!
Please keep in mind this is a PREORDER Group. A PREORDER group means you pay up front and then we order the items and ship them to you. It could take from 1 week to 6 weeks from the time you make your comment on the item. The prices offered here are very low because they come straight from the supplier. U.S. supplier orders take 7-10 days usually. China suppliers take 2-5 WEEKS but could be less. China suppliers will have a sample item that is then sent to production once we place our order – that is the reason for the long turn-around time. Most items require a Minimum Order Quantity to be filled. If we do not meet that MOQ the item will not be ordered.
Some items are “inspired” by designers and are not the actual designer brand.
{WHAT IS A BUY IN?}
• A Buy In is an item offered from a supplier for a discounted price but only if a minimum quantity ordered is met. You buy one or multiples of the item and you are “Buying In” on that required quantity by helping to meet that 100 ordered quantity and discounted price.
• All details of the item will be placed in the picture. Please read the post before asking question.
• I participate with other boutiques on buy ins. I will offer their buy in items to my members at a discounted price.
• A majority of the buy ins are from China. These purchases are a risk for me and will, therefore, be a risk to you.
{HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?}
• You will comment on the photo of the item you are wanting to order.
• Your comment will need to include the email address associated with your PayPal account, size, color, and quantity.
• I will then invoice you on the items closing date. You must pay your invoice within 24 hours, NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Do NOT reply to another comment, these are not caught in the system so I never see them.
{MOQ}
• “Minimum Order Quantity” (Total number of items to be purchased in order to buy at specified price.)
• If we have an MOQ I will not invoice until we meet it and will not place the order until payment has been received.
• If we meet MOQ and you still have not paid your invoice at closing of the item, I will cancel your order and not include it with the group purchase.
• If MOQ is not met you will not be invoices and I will comment on the item post that the item has been dropped due to MOQ not being met.
{RTS}
• “Ready to Ship”. I work with other boutique owners who may have surplus inventory that they want to get rid of and can ship the items out same day.
• Our RTS items may not always be the same price as the preorder price, so if you want something it will always be cheaper to preorder.
{REFUNDS}
Refunds will not be issued for sizing problems. A measurement chart is included with the majority of items. It is your responsibility to accurately measure. If your item is defective you can ship it to me at your expense. I will give you credit towards your next order and refund your shipping costs from the original purchase. I am NOT responsible for defects from the manufacturer.
{SHIPPING}
• Shipping will be determined when the items have arrived.
• Shipping costs are based on weight and location which is unknown until the item has been received from the supplier.
• Shipping will be paid through PayPal invoicing or by PayPal gift friends and family.
• Your will need to confirm your shipping address is correct in PayPal!
• The supplier will give me an estimated shipping window that will be indicated on the items picture.
• Your item will not be shipped if your shipping invoice hasn’t been paid even if your item has been paid for.
• I will post your shipping amount in a new post and tag you in it. It will include your price for shipping and directions to either gift the price using PayPal gift friends or family or a PayPal invoice that will be sent to your email. I am also researching Square so this could change in the near future.
{INVOICES}
You will receive two invoices. The first invoice will be for the item you are buying and will processed BEFORE I make the purchase from the supplier. The second invoice will be for the shipping and PayPal fees once the item is received and packaged to ship to you.
{RULES}
1. I accept PayPal – Once invoice is sent, you have until closing day to pay or your order is canceled.
2. Please go by the size chart, if unsure, size up for safety.
3. Once you have paid, all sales are final.
4. Two invoices will be issued (one for item the other for shipping)
5. DO NOT comment on a post if you have no intention of paying for your order! This will cause you to be removed from the group.
6. Negative comments will get you kicked out of the group!
