Many weeks later, my wife still seriously thanks me for finding a cookbook that met all her 'wants'… VERY pleasing to the eye on the outside and has inserts that accept 5x8 cards which she has used for years. With my inscription on the cover, my wife felt it was meant specifically for her and eventually our aspiring chef
granddaughter.

I love my utensil set! They are sturdy, perfectly sized, and have some weight to them. I purchased them while they were on sale, and I didn't know if they would be as beautiful as what the picture showed. They FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! I purchased five sets, four for family members and one for ourselves. I'm so glad I did, and I will continue to purchase them as gifts as long as they're available.
I purchased walnut oil and I've applied two coats to the spatula and one coat, thus far, to the spoons. (You can see the slight color difference between one coat and two.)
I highly recommend this set, along with any other products offered by 'Cookbook People'. I've ordered several items over the past couple of years, and they are all excellent quality!
