On August 11, 2021, John Tran was a victim to multiple gunshots fired by an unknown shooter at his residence and succumbed to his injuries on site. We don’t have a proper suspect description. All we know is that we were supposed to be celebrating his 33rd birthday together. We were supposed to celebrate our success at being able to buy our own houses this year. There were so many things we were su
pposed to do together and those chances have been stolen from us. Family dinners won’t be the same without you John. Our wedding won’t be the same without you John. Our children won’t know who their uncle is and won’t ever get to experience and learn from your generous heart. We won’t ever get to be blessed with all your market predictions again. We won’t ever get hyped in the same way you hyped us about moving forward into the future and breaking out of the cycle of intergenerational poverty. You know John… I have never met a human being who just loved humans like you do. I’m the exact opposite John; I hate people, but seeing how you constantly strived to help others even when you are struggling yourself made me re-evaluate myself. And my God, you and Melanie together were just so precious. You guys felt like the big brother and sister I never had, but that I wish I had. And yet, there are evil, selfish people out there who robbed your entire future from you and robbed us of you.
