Paper Sails is a women's + children's fashion brand that sells handmade swimsuits. Designed and created locally in Lake Tahoe.

Paper Sails is not your traditional swimwear. We like to mix things up here in Lake Tahoe. Offering swim separates and one-pieces featuring unique prints and styles, Paper Sails is more than just a swimwear brand, its a statement about who you are. Ideal for festivals, beach parties and travel, Paper Sails signature pattern designs and limited edition collections will have you standing out in the

crowd without the worry of spotting your bikini doppelganger. Paper Sails styles take inspiration from everything colorful, fun and sweet so you can wear your swimwear with a smile wherever you go. Paper Sails is proudly made in the USA. Our limited-edition suits and prints are designed in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. All materials are sourced locally in Los Angeles Fashion District and produced in downtown Los Angeles, California. Raised in Hermosa Beach, California, Hailey Katie moved to Lake Tahoe, Nevada for a change of pace and peace of mind. After graduating from San Diego State University and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, Hailey married her degrees in graphic design and fashion design and began a career in textile design. After many endeavors to learn the basics of sewing, sketching and print development, Hailey turned to the world around her to develop her creative vision. Tapping into her relationships with designers, trendsetters and the textile design community, Hailey laid the foundation for Paper Sails.
